i did not say it s not a requirement

we have two type of requirement FR and NFR , the logging is part of instrumenting to improve NFR feasibility

i just tried to clarify that logging has no business value but is a must to have requirement ;)

as i mentioned is part of instrumenting and in my experience there is no software ready to be coded without instrumenting , it s like a foundation but i m not a fan to include that in business value ;)

So i wondered of looking someone look for logging , when you have software that logging was already there before software

A business value in my opinion is a part of software which is competitive in the market

if your order is delivered with logging or not the software works but personally i mandate the instrumenting before coding in my teams but there are who dont care ;)
